PROJECT DETAIL:
Ayten Utku house is located in Çengelköy Istanbul. The villa has an amazing bosphorus view with a beautiful garden. That villa has 4 floors and covers 650 sqm interior area. Divisions of rooms and usage spaces were planned to support a big family lifestyle and a house keeper family. Upper floor terrace was made bigger than the old version , so that all family members can enjoy the incredible view together. The Interior design was created with natural stones and wood in addition to some simple details not to draw attention to the landscape. The attached and extended daughter's storey was designed using the same approach.
